Boomers are changing the retirement game...are you ready to play?
| The 21st century workforce is diverse. It is global, digital, progressive and thrives 24/7. As a society, we must consider the challenges facing the workforce. Such challenges include an increasing shortage of skilled workers due to dwindling population and retiring boomers. The changing roles of boomers will prove to be essential in supporting a workforce solution. Our mission is to match boomers and employers to meet these new workforce needs. We offer skill assessment and training for both paid and unpaid work in Healthcare, Education and Social Services. |
